Your missions:

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising all technical activities at VALMECA SA Amnéville. Your missions within our company will include:

Analyze and understand customer specifications and needs to ensure proper handling.
Plan and monitor various orders in collaboration with the Technical Manager.
Lead and organize the work of the production teams (15 people).
Manage subcontracting from consultation to evaluation and take part in selecting subcontractors/suppliers for the Amnéville site.
Ensure the technical compliance of products with production objectives.
Conduct daily meetings with the production teams.
Create and monitor monthly production and invoicing schedules.
Ensure the implementation of quality and safety regulations in the company (ISO 9001 standard).

Job description:

The Production Manager is a key figure in the organization. They coordinate manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and production management while ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost control. At VALMECA SA, they play an active role in continuous improvement, propose investments to enhance production means, manage teams, and foster skills development. They work closely with the site manager.

Required profile:

Degree: Master's in production management or engineering diploma (BAC+5).
Experience: 2 to 5 years minimum in machining or industrial sectors.
Skills: technical drawing reading, production management, problem-solving and continuous improvement tools, Microsoft Office, ERP systems.
Qualities: strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, decision-making ability, organizational skills, and team leadership.
